Queenstown Rental Cars | Car Hire Queenstown Airport

Nationwide’s Queenstown car rental office is located at Queenstown Airport which is 10 minutes from the town centre. Collect your vehicle on arrival at Queenstown Airport direct from our rental car desk located inside the terminal building. Free transfers from hotels/motels within 10 kilometres of the airport are also available upon request. A NZ$20.00 fee applies for all hires commencing in Queenstown.

Collecting your rental car

  • Car Rental Depot: Queenstown Airport Terminal Building - Nationwide Rental Car Desk. Please make your way to our Nationwide/Ezi-Rent rental car kiosk inside the airport terminal where our representative will assist you. If you are unable to locate our kiosk, please phone 0800 244 732 for directions to our rental car booth or ask for directions at the airport information kiosk and they will direct you to us.
  • Accommodation: please phone 0800 244 732 for collection. You may like to phone earlier to re-confirm arrangements directly with our branch.

On departure

Please allow sufficient time to call at the depot to drop your vehicle off to us and allow for time to inspect the vehicle and transfer time to the airport. Most international airlines require that you check in at least 2 hours before flight departure to complete formalities. If you have arranged an early drop off at the airport (prior to our opening hours), please confirm the details and instructions for the early drop off with Nationwide when you pick up your vehicle.
